3 Course fixed price grill menu with pre-dinner nibbles £65 per person

Crispy Fried Tiger Prawns

Marinated with ginger & lime & deep fried in panko & breadcrumb blend, Thai sweet chilli sauce & shrimp crackers.

Tremfan Hall Old Smoky

Smoked haddock flakes, tiger prawns, potato cubes, garden peas, saffron Thermidor sauce, Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese glaze, crisp crouton. (Contains English mustard)

French Onion Soup (agf)

Caramelised onions, beef stock, thyme & bay leaf, black pepper & a hint of treacle grilled with croutons & mature Cheddar cheese.

Winter Greek Feta Cheese Salad (v) (n) (gf) (avg)

Mixed Leaf, crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, queen green olives, avocado slices, pomegranate seeds, roast almond flakes, fig slices, lemon & poppy seed dressing. (Available with vegan style feta cheese)

Quail & Duck Terrine (n)

Homemade terrine textured with pistachio nuts & apricots served with charred rustic bread & croutons, queen green olives poached pear, cornichons & chutney.

8oz Brongain Farm Welsh Ribeye Steak

Triple cooked chips or skin on chips, cherry tomatoes soaked in garlic & rosemary oil, mushroom croquette, rocket & watercress dressed with truffle oil, flaked parmesan cheese, choice of Marsala wine or peppercorn sauce.

6oz Brongain Farm Welsh Fillet Steak

Triple cooked chips or skin on chips, cherry tomatoes soaked in garlic & rosemary oil, mushroom croquette, rocket & watercress dressed with truffle oil, flaked parmesan cheese, choice of Marsala wine or peppercorn sauce.

12oz Pork Tomahawk Steak

Large pork chop marinated with thyme, garlic & black pepper cooked on the charcoal grill, triple cooked chips or skin on chips, crushed apple, pork scratchings, rocket & watercress dressed with truffle oil, flaked parmesan cheese, peppercorn sauce or onion gravy.

Mixed Fish Grill

Pan fried wild Seabass fillet, charred Louisiana spiced salmon, bbq king prawn, monkfish scampi, sweet potato fries, rainbow salad, asparagus spears, saffron mayonnaise.

Allotment Tart (vg)

Short crust pastry tart filled with wilted spinach & roasted vegetables, carrot - swede - butternut squash - beetroot - cauliflower & broccoli served with grilled asparagus, truffle polenta chips, tomato & red pepper sauce.
